If your order was wrong or the product came damaged, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs. You do not need to provide proof of purchase for refunds on wrong or damaged products.

Refunds for Products that were Damaged by the Customer

If the product was damaged by the customer, we will not issue a refund. However, we may be able to repair the product at your expense.
